Project Mama: Baby Sleep Workshop

Join us for a free, welcoming sleep workshop designed for migrated Mamas. This is a drop-in group for pregnant women and Mamas with babies under 18 months.

This session is all about supporting parents with practical, evidence-based strategies to help little ones rest better and feel more settled.

Participants will receive access to a resource pack covering:

  • Age-appropriate sleep expectations

  • The link between feeding, nutrition, and sleep

  • Wake windows and recognising overtiredness

  • Circadian rhythms

  • Safe co-sleeping guidance

  • General sleep hygiene tips

Cost:
This workshop is open to migrated Mamas and free of charge and bus fares to and from the MAMAhub are reimbursed.
