Workplace workshops:
Where children’s sleep and workplace wellbeing meet. For organisations committed to supporting working parents.
Why
When a child isn’t sleeping well, the impact doesn’t stop at home. Poor sleep affects focus, emotional regulation, resilience, and attendance at work. Supporting children’s sleep is a practical, preventative way to support working parents and strengthen overall workplace wellbeing.
